Ravi Uthayashanker
Ravi Uthayashanker brings 10 years of experience with Lloyd's of London, where his main focus was on small-to-medium enterprise architect, engineer and contractor professional liability programs. His experience taught him a true E&S underwriting approach that is based on skill, attention to detail and discipline. He is a graduate of the University of Kent with a degree in actuarial science. Ravi is committed to improving the way professional liability coverage is accessed by the wholesale broking community, reducing inefficiencies like slow turnaround times, and he believes ProFinity can be a welcome solution for the industry.

Jamie Orye
Jamie Orye brings 18 years of experience with domestic carriers and underwriting on behalf of Lloyd’s of London. His main focus has been technology errors and omissions, cyber, miscellaneous errors and omissions and media coverage for small-to-medium sized businesses. Prior to joining ProFinity, Jamie spent 10 years leading the US-based E&O and cyber small business team for a global specialist insurer.
Jamie is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College (B.A., History) and William & Mary Law School (J.D.) and earned his RPLU in 2006.

Lionel Bejean
Lionel Bejean is a seasoned professional liability professional with more than 25 years of experience both as an underwriter and broker. Prior to joining ProFinity, Lionel worked as a product line manager at a surplus lines insurer, overseeing the SME program for their Architects & Engineers program. A French native, Lionel is a graduate of the Université de Bourgogne. He is based out of the Dallas region.

Deidre 'Dee' Lannon
As a 20+ year industry veteran, Dee Lannon is a licensed property & casualty insurance professional focused on providing honest, straightforward and clear communication from submission to renewal. Prior to joining ProFinity, she was an account manager at a regional professional lines wholesaler. Before that, she held various positions with increasing levels of responsibility at a large regional retail insurance agency for more than 17 years. Dee is a graduate of Ursinus College and is based in the Philadelphia region.

Ashton Patt
Ashton brings experience working across industries to deliver excellent back-office operations, account management, sales and customer service. Before joining ProFinity, Ashton spent six years ensuring accurate risk assessments as an underwriter for a wholesale broker for community associations. Ashton is a graduate of Pasadena City College and is based out of the Los Angeles region.
